Chase (AC technician) and Jason (plumbing technician) came to my home for my annual check-up, and I was impressed by their professionalism from the start. Joe worked on several repair calls each time he was very courteous and explained the problem. He did all he could do to repair the unit when we decided to replace the furnace, Jakod dld an excellent job. We were most pleased by the quick response each time we called. Thank you

We could not speak more highly of Standard! When we called and explained our heat was coming in and out with a newborn and toddler, Kenetra had Spencer to our house within three hours. He was professional, patient, and courteous. He had to come back out to fix our other heater four days later and was once again incredibly helpful and efficient. We were so impressed that we signed up for the yearly membership! Grateful to have this wonderful resource in our community.
